( ages 2-3) for Baby Acro class, one teacher leads while parents interact with their children and teach them development skills utilizing all our equipment. An obstacle course is set up and toddlers work on basic gymnastics skills, including rolls, jumps and balance. This introduction to gymnastics focuses on improvement of fine and gross motor skills and ability to follow directions in a fun environment with songs and games.
( ages 3-5 ) Preschoolers learn fundamental gymnastics skills in a fun class. During this age, the young children become gradually more and more aware of their bodies and learn to control their movements. Strength and stretching techniques are built to improve physical agility and coordination". Parents are not participating in this class and wait outside in the lobby area.
( ages 5-8 ) Students will work on progressive tumbling skills (such as handstands, cartwheels and somersaults) as well as strength & stretching techniques that are built to improve physical agility and coordination"
